Onslaughtizationsaurus Rex: Return of the Tyrant

This is a revamps of my most popular Bionicle/HF MOC here, decided to do it as a Christmas commission for all y'all, and now i'm gonna tell its tale:

Name: Onslaughtizationsaurus Rex, the Lizard King that starts the Onslaught ("The Tyrant")
Age: 65 million years old
Height/Length: 25+ ft tall; 70+ ft long (also grows to Godzilla size)
Weight: 16 tons
Gender: "Male"
Species: Primordial/Tyrannosaur Hybrid
Intelligence: Primal and Aggressive, yet Sentient
Powers/Abilities: Enhanced Endurance, Strength, Speed, Agility and Awareness, Total Immunity, Regeneration, Boosters, Interstellar Boost, Primeval Roar, Unstable Reality Warping
Weapons: Jaws w/ Teeth, Claws, Tail (pretty much the whole body), Hell's Breath

Onslaught's "darker-half", the Tyrant was an anomaly never experienced by any other Primordial in existence: a culmination of organic and cybernetic fusion, a perfect cyborg. Though there had once been a number of Cybers that possessed fragments of organic matter within their systems (either through evolutionary or experimental means), none have gain a state of possessing the equality of both factors. But the story of this beast bore fruit long after the decimation of the Primordials, and during the extinction of another, once great race of prehistoric creatures: the dinosaurs.
After the end of the Primordial War, Onlsuahgt spent several million years travelling across the galaxy, observing the number of organic lifeforms that existed and watcing them progress through evolution. He spent periods of his time among a number of large reptiles, later known as dinosaurs, on a primitive planet that would eventually be called Earth by a future race of organic life. For a time, he observed the life and behavior of one particular group of giants: a monstrous carnivore, about twenty feet tall and over forty feet long, with a massive skull with multiple serrated teeth, a heavy tail, likely to keel the body balanced, and yet a pair of short forelimbs with little use. He found a uniqueness in these tyrants, as he observed the way they roamed, hunted and lived.
Eventually, he decided to gain a number of samples from these creatures: a collection of bones, teeth and claws from the deceased, as well as a number of blood, muscle, skin and other DNA samples from other, more hazardous sources. The time soon came for Onslaught to leave the planet of giant lizards behind and continue on with his journey. However, about sixty-five million years about, about million years after his departure, something remarkable, and entirely unpredictable occured: a global extinction took place on the planet Earth, killing off almost all live on the planet, including the giants. During these events, the samples that were kept within Onslaught's systems began to react to some unknown, almost instinctive source, and the samples began to meld within his software. This cause a great deal of pain within him, a feeling he didn't even know he could feel. The remnants of the monsters fused with him, and in doing so sparked something within Onslaught's own essence; a primeval and powerful presence that had been born and awaken from Onslaught's very programming and platform. In its first moments of existence, it uttered only one word, in the form of a bellowing roar: TYRANT!!!
Afterwhich, Onslaught began to feel a change in his platform, as he could feel the new occupant assuming control to it. As it did so, the platform began to take on a new form, one that greatly resembled to creatures that Onslaught observed, the ones that the samples originated from that now run through his systems. Upon its completion, the new creature gave out another titanic roar, signaling its existence in the universe and what it's capable of; the fusion of organic and cybernetic matter, a perfect cyborg, and the ideal tool and weapon: the creation of Onslaughtizationsaurus Rex is complete.
Over the next several million years, Onslaught had been coping with the creature inside of him, mostly gaining a number of system fluxes similar to migraines through the process. He hopes to one day not only fully understand this new entity that is now a part of him, but to also find a way to make peace with such a benevolent creature.
The Tyrant is nearly nothing more than a monster in mind and body. A lumbering bulk of muscle and machine, taken into the form of the tyrant lizard king. With its synthetic upgrades, it possesses a number of systems to use, such as boosters for flight and a atomic pyro-caster running through its maw. Its mind may be sentient in a number of ways, but it's full-blown carnivorous beast to heart, with nothing to live for but to destroy and kill anything in its path.
